Swiss chocolatier Lindt is releasing new squares that include pairings of traditional and dark chocolate with caramel, now available in stores.
Thomas Schnetzler, Lindt Australia master chocolatier says they wanted the squares “To remind chocolate loving adults of the pleasure of enjoying the highest quality chocolate without occasion, just for the pure love of enjoying fine chocolate.”
Schnetzler is one of only eight Lindt Master Chocolatiers in the world with a goal of sharing his insights to educate and improve the pairing and process of making chocolate.
According to Schnetzler, the caramel in this new product is created with milk and butter that creates that rich, velvety texture that balances perfectly with the chocolate.
